Happy Monday. I hope you are all safe and well? Here is the first riddle of the week for you lot:

What is brown, has a head and a tail, can travel the world but has no legs?

Moldy-oldies and travellers to the US like me (in fact I lived in Washington DC for a couple of years) will get this .... and Americans of course! It's a coin called a Penny, which in the US is their 1-cent coin. Other countries may have varying shades of brown coinage, which collectors grade as red, reddish-brown and brown, but fair to say that the US 1-cent, the Penny, is considered brown. Australia had its own "Pennies and half-pennies" until decimal currency (I still have some of them too). Have a super week guys!

a coin or to be more precise a penny and yes I am old enough to remember pennies, halfpennies, threepences and sixpences...highway robbery when we changed from the old to the new especialy going to the local lolly shop and only getting 5 cobbers instead of 6 hahahahaha
