Don't understand why a chicken has been chosen as the "speaker".

However, if you substitute the word "chicken" by a "person" then the statement
is ambiguous because if it is true that all "people are liars" then that statement
is untrue, therefore "all people tell the truth" which means they tell lies; ad nauseam
backwards and forwards between truth and lies,

The Question is ambiguous and doesn't deserve a "Yes/No' answer.
A chickens brain is no bigger than a "Chickens In-Step" therefore whoever makes this statement has less brain.
The Question is rhetorical. This could go on forever and nothing is true.
