These Oven Baked BBQ Ribs were so juicy and tender. I have never had such a juicy meat. The oven caramelized the outside, making it the perfect rib texture.

How to make Easy Oven Baked BBQ Ribs:

Ingredients


• 2½ lb baby back ribs

• 1 Tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon pepper

• 2 Tablespoon salt

• 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

• Place ribs in a large pot and fill with water until ribs are completely covered. You may need to cut the ribs into smaller sections to fit into the pot.

• Add garlic powder, pepper and salt to pot and bring to a boil.

• Boil for 40 minutes, or until ribs are tender.

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

• Remove ribs from pot and place in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

• Brush BBQ sauce over ribs.

• Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F.

• Brush on additional BBQ sauce before serving, if desired.

great eating. Mine go swimming in a litre of cola soft drink , drain + season , then coated with sauce of asian ingredients. Or sweet chilli.
