Lisa said that she used the unlikely buy after a professional cleaner had failed to get rid of the dirty grout on the tiles.
She also revealed that the product was an impulse purchase, deciding on the spot to use the product upon spotting it in her local Coles store.
“I just grabbed a box at Coles because it was on special,” she said on the Cleaning & Organising Inspiration Australia Facebook page.
“I did try Radiant but it was too foamy and l don’t think it worked as well.”
She then said that she made the grout sparkling white with little effort — she just simply poured the powder and scoured the tiles using the Sabco Big Scrub Brush until it was clean.

“And it was soooo easy!” she added.
The Facebook community has expressed their excitement over the hack.
One Facebook user said: “I need to try this on the shower floor tiles. Looks great,”
“Wow! I know what I’m doing later today!” added another.
A third wrote: “I love the results of using laundry powder on the bathtub and shower. Your floors look great.”
Added one more: “I am going to try tomorrow. This is a lifesaving hack!”
