Retro phone directory​

Before screens took over our lives, there was the humble phone directory. Not the big white pages, this was your personal Teledex. A compact little book bursting with handwritten numbers and addresses. No scrolling, no swiping, just instant info at your fingertips.

I still have one and use it often. You can keep additional info in the directory and is easy to update when necessary. entries are in pencil and easy to erase.I guess you would call me an old fuddy duddy but who cares? I'm happy that way

Yes, when I was growing up, my family went through a few different versions of these over the years. They are always fun to flip up. I think I used to play with it!

I tossed mine years ago and use an Index book .

I still have one, it sits near the phone but it is never used.
