Refrigerator clear-out meals​

G'day members!

I’m going out on a long holiday with my parents starting this weekend.

Since I’ll be away for a while, I started going through my fridge and decided to clear most of its contents out.

It got a bit overwhelming (I have lots of fruit, produce and veg in here ), but I saw these meal ideas using the ingredients sitting in my fridge.

With what I have right now, I could create some of the meals in this video:
