According to Food Standards Australia, there was a mishap in the packaging of the products, pointing out that a batch of the gluten-containing variant of the crackers was incorrectly packed using the packaging for the gluten-free version.
The group warned: 'Any consumers who have a wheat or gluten allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.'
The cheese board favourite was sold in IGA supermarkets and independent food stores in New South Wales, the ACT, Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia.
The recalled crackers have the following best before dates: Best Before 28 March 2023.
