Pyrex Casserole Dish confusion
I only had a 1.5L at home and required a larger one. I purchased a Pyrex 2.1L casserole however I thought it looked a similar size and measured the litres. It only takes 1.5L in volume and due to shape, liquid filled to the top where as my old one left 2 to 3 centimetre to brim. I will need a 3L dish to get over the 2L I require. Is there something I’m missing re: dish sizes?
