Pumpkin Pasta with Chorizo

and is so easy and very tasty.

3. Meanwhile, in a large pan or skillet, saute chorizo over medium heat until lightly browned; reduce heat to medium-low. Add pumpkin, cream, salt and pepper; cook and stir until heated through. Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 2 chorizo sausage sliced
- 300 g pumpkin
- 1 cup light cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Minced fresh corianderor parsley optional
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta water.
