Puffing Billy race​

One of our annual events is the Puffing Billy race. We live locally and walk into Belgrave for the race, it's a good warmup. My SO is the racer. I am much more sensible, I ride the train! SO was happy with his time this year and we stopped for a cuppa in the lovely cafe that they have at Lakeside now. We have learned over the years that for our trip home, if we ask the driver nicely, they will stop and let us off at our station (Puffing Billy doesn't usually stop at Selby). It was such lovely weather for the race this year.
