Newborough Victora
Pub picnic

I remember growing up in Burnley, Richmond, Victoria.. In those days in the 1950’s , each local hotel and there were many, would have an annual picnic, usually at Healesville . No one, had cars in those days, so we would all climb into the back of a furniture van.. no seats or seatbelts.. off we would go hanging on for dear life.. We had great fun at the picnic and would be able to go in the river on hot days.. parents would return full of food and drink!! Lovely memories..
