Popular mascot paws back into Sunrise with more Moo-ney!

Early risers start their day with the smell of coffee and the buzz of Sunrise's morning news.

Australia's popular breakfast TV show now has more reasons to make viewers smile as they brought back an iconic mascot!

The Cash Cow is back in the studio, and it's not coming empty-hooved.

The Cash Cow, a staple of morning smiles and excitement, is ready to give hefty sums of money to lucky viewers nationwide!

Sunrise presenters Nat Barr and Matt 'Shirvo' Shirvington announced The Cash Cow's return earlier today.

Shirvo, with a twinkle in his eye, quipped that The Cash Cow had been on 'maternity leave', and the family indeed grew.

The Cash Cow brought along a little extra cheer in the form of a youngster, affectionately dubbed 'the cash calf'.

Both Nat and Shirvo were thrilled to see the cashed-up bovine back and ready to make Aussies' mornings even brighter.

Viewers need to catch Sunrise's daily code word to enter the competition.

Viewers should head over to The Cash Cow's Competition page on the Sunrise website.

Participants need to complete and submit the website's entry form with all the required details, including the daily code word.

The Cash Cow has a whopping $2,000 up for grabs daily, and it could be yours if you're quick to the draw—or rather, quick to the phone.

If the lucky winner does not answer the call within three rings, they could miss out on the $2,000 prize.

The unclaimed cash will be added to the next day's jackpot, adding to substantial winnings later on.

Despite the mechanics, there's still a silver lining.

Viewers who got called and failed to answer in time will receive a $100 consolation prize!

'People have loved the Cash Cow for many years,' Nat Barr shared on the live broadcast.

'We are so excited to have her and her calf back. We want to share the cash with Sunrise viewers.'
