giving a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive.
 
They don't seem to teach effective communication at school. Everyone, even adults (and especially supervisors) need to learn the difference between destructive amd constructive communication and non judgemental assumptions with respect. Many doctors don't even seem to know the difference. It seems that doctors employed by Comcare don't know the difference.
