INGREDIENTS
- 400ml unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup light coconut cream
- 1/3 cup lime juice, plus four lime slices for garnish (optional)
- 4 cups ice
- fresh pineapple, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a blender place the pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.2. Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple pieces and lime slices (if using).
