He inquired of the tour guide, "Is this magnificent auditorium named after Barnard Sherman Hartford, the famous musician?"
"No," replied the guide."It is named after Joseph Hartford, the writer."
"Never heard of him. What did he write?"
"A cheque", replied the guide.
