Pharmaceutical irregular supply​

I am a Type 2 Diabetic and my once a week Injection of Trilicity
is no longer available because of it being dispensed at Gyms as a weight loss enhancer
I now have been switched to Ozempic which is also a weekly Diabetic 2 injection but cannot be assured of a regular monthly supply of that either it also is dispensed at Gyms I am one of many Diabetes2 patients Also I am predicting that the fact that NOW more than one Prescription is now available the supply will even be harder to get These injection pens that contain semaglutide have to be kept in the fridge and I wouldn’t purchase anymore than one box at a time
The Pharmacy in my Country Town are doing their best to obtain these monthly Prescriptions for those of us who are on it and I know of other folk who are on other prescribed drugs that are having difficulty as well
How can folk who have a genuine medical need for a Treatment can be disadvantaged by fit people with a need for weight loss at a Gym OR anyone else that need medications have trouble obtaining them How did it get to this state of affairs?
i would like to hear from other Seniors about this matter
