Do you remember those old guillotine paper cutters at school? It was a staple in every classroom. Everyone had a finger guard to prevent accidents, but it still gave kids chills to think about the potential dangers if not handled carefully. Do you remember using these cutting papers? The first thing I thought of when I saw the picture was of Morticia Adams using it for something weird like cutting the buds of her freshly picked roses, discarding the buds and arranging only the thorny stems in a vase.

I still have and use one of these. It belonged to hubby’s dad who used it all the time to trim photos. He used to develop his own films back in the 40s/60s. Mostly black and white. My daughter used it when she went through her develop my own films phase. Still works well.
