The next time you carve a brightly colored papaya, don't throw out the small seeds! Although they taste a bit spicy and bitter, papaya seeds are delicious. This fruit has thus become famous for all the benefits it brings to our health, in particular thanks to its content of fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, papain, thiamine, niacin and vitamins.

Papaya seeds can:
• Improves kidneys
• Treats kidney failure
• Purify the liver
• Vermifuge and helps treat intestinal worms
• Against germs and parasites
• Heal the stomach
• Cleanses the intestines
• Improves general health

Preparation:
- 1 teaspoon of dried powder from papaya seeds
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass of lukewarm water and drink.
