Papaya for skin rejuvenation , brown spots and pigment

No matter how much we talk about the harmful effects of depigmentation, some women do not care because their desire to have a clear complexion has no limit. As a result, many people devote themselves to very expensive lightening treatments which, in the long run, damage the skin.
Yet there are natural products that work wonders if used with patience. This is the case with papaya, for example, one of the most effective ingredients, working wonders on the skin because it contains the enzyme papain which lightens the skin and decreases pigmentation.

Papaya contains papain enzyme which lightens the skin and decreases pigmentation
• Carotene and photochemical present fights free radicals and reduces wrinkles.
• The potassium in it hydrates and hydrates dry skin
• The alpha hydroxy acids present in it exfoliate the dead cells accumulated on the skin.
• Vitamin C promotes collagen production and improves skin elasticity.
• The presence of vitamin A in it reduces dark spots and acne scars
• Flavanoids repair damaged skin.

Papaya with honey
This combination hydrates the skin, while nourishing it
• Mix 1 cup of chopped papaya pieces into a fine paste
• Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well.
• Wash your skin and apply the paste.
• Let sit for 15 minutes and rinse with water.
• You can also add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel or lemon juice to the mixture.
• Repeat this process every day.

This process helps provide a natural glow to your skin.
• Smash a few pieces of papaya into a fine paste and apply to the skin.
• Let sit for 15 minutes then rinse with water.
• Follow this 2-3 times a week.

Papaya with cucumber and banana
This combination makes a face pack that hydrates, exfoliates and softens the skin, and removes dark spots, scars and pigmentation.
• Peel and chop 1/2 ripe papaya, 1/4 cucumber and 1/2 banana and mix to make a paste.
• Apply to the skin and let sit for 30 minutes.
• Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
• Repeat this process 2-3 times a week.
