ALDI has announced the launch of a large selection of pet products as part of its special buys catalogue, allowing customers to indulge their four-legged friends without breaking the bank.

The affordable range will be available starting September 10 and includes a variety of items ideal for playful pets and their owners, including colourful dog leads and collars that cost just $9.99 so you can take your pet for a walk in style.

The range also includes a $29.99 adjustable dog feeder, which is perfect for growing puppies as it allows owners to adjust the height of the feeder according to the puppy's reach.

A chic pet bed with a decoratively woven basket and a soft cushion inside is also offered for just $59.99.

The elevated pet bed might be more your style if you're searching for a place for your pet to rest that can be used both indoors and outside. Featuring a corrosion-resistant frame, the $19.99 bed can withstand the elements and allow your pets to rest peacefully.

My dogs are fully optioned at the moment so I will be giving this sale a miss. One thing I do that helps to save money on posh beds for my two is to re-purpose old pillows as their bed inserts. I put a pillow case on that can easily be removed and washed. At the moment my dogs are sleeping on old feather pillows and are quite comfy thank you!! Next time I buy new pillows for my bed the ones I replace will be passed on to the dogs!
