I can't believe I forgot to
go to the gym again today.

Sounds a bit like me - some days waking up thinking ‘I don’t feel like going to exercise today’; then after breakfast and getting my exercise gear on (and joggers also) that feeling disappears. Once there I’m okay for the class.

No, not for me , go every Tuesday to the Gym and the other 6 days of the week ,I exercise in my home gym .
Feels so much better after a class to the gym . USE IT OR LOOSE IT. So true.
