Oregano and Paprika Potato's

I probably make these 3 to 4 times aweek .
Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

6 potatoes
2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt n pepper to taste
Drizzle of olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Steak seasoning ( optiona)

METHOD

Preheat oven 190 °C . 170°C fan-forced

1. Peel and cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half again in lengthwise, then each half cut into three pieces .

2. Place cut potatoes in a baking dish , sprinkle the herbs and spices on top.

3. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes about 3 tablespoons. Turn the potatoes to coat in oil and herbs ect. Bake in oven for 15 minutes then turn potatoes over and Drizzle a little more oil. Bake for a further 15 minutes or until brown.

Notes

Serve these potatoes with really anything.

You can also add other vegetables to the pan eg pumpkin , sweet potato or zucchini

By cutting the potatoes small they cook very fast
