I am counting calories, I am a bit strict on myself at the moment. I can wait.

I do not know why there is so much sugar in this apple pie recipe , apples have a lot of sweetness . I had visitors this morning and I made apple pies , no sugar added at all , I just added a little lemon juice to prevent from getting brown . They all loved them and there was none left on the plate .
Also I don’t peel the apples , just cut them in small pieces , that is the healthy part of the apple .
