Oh My Cor-G! Queen Elizabeth Caught Playing with A lucky Corgi, and Other Things You Didn’t Know About Her on ‘Queen’s Holiday Videos’

Seeing Queen Elizabeth with dogs is no longer a shocking revelation, as we all know that the British royal family loves their dogs. In fact, Queen Elizabeth II is known to be especially fond of corgis. So it's no surprise that a video of the young queen playing with one of her lucky corgis has surfaced, and it's absolutely adorable.

In the video, which was taken during a royal holiday in Scotland, the young queen can be seen enjoying a carefree summer break with a corgi, whom she named ‘Muick’ (pronounced as 'Mick').

Corgis have been a favourite of the British royal family for generations, and it is crystal clear that Queen Elizabeth II is no exception. Well, it’s very evident from how she’s caught playing with the Corgi while running around the marshes with Princess Margaret, when they were paddling in the loch at Balmoral in 1938.

Behind them was the Queen Mother, seen soaking up the sun. You can also see George VI, in his sailor whites, treading across the deck before starting into the lens.

This video was released by Buckingham Palace and the BBC ahead of her Jubilee.

As the picture shows, she really feels completely at home in Balmoral, which used to be her summer home in Scotland.

This will be broadcasted by the BBC--- which was granted access to the reels by the Queen in its' ‘Elizabeth: The Unseen Queen Documentary' to be aired on May 29!

The documentary will focus on the Queen’s life AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC EYE, and will feature previously unseen footage. So, aside from what they just recently released, there will be a lot more!

This is to give the Queen the highest honor for her 70 years on the throne!

In the documentary, you can trace the Queen’s earliest childhood journey—from her being pushed in a pram by her mother when she was a baby, to her coronation age at the age of just 27 in 1953 following the death of her father George VI in 1952.

You can also expect the documentary to further show you how beautiful the Queen’s relationship with her parents was!

There’s also the picture where the young Queen Elizabeth smiles from ear to ear while beaming alongside her father and sister, enjoying a trip on the high seas. The footage is from a private home movie shot on HMS Vanguard, the ship that transported the Royal Family to South Africa in 1947.

This is only some of the unseen footage and images of Queen Elizabeth you will want to see. It's better for you to not miss the official airing of ‘Elizabeth: The Unseen Queen Documentary’ on May 29 because, surely, there's a lot more the Queen will reveal about herself!
