Well said!! While I am a male, I do sympathise for what my wife and daughters have to go through and I find it very annoying (as you have aptly pointed out), that some males think it is somehow amusing to make crude remarks of this nature. Most men do understand, particularly the married ones or those with sisters and especially those with daughters. Obviously, a person like Sebastian is either single, no female siblings or just plain "doesn't get it".
