Ingredients
- 1 pkt Arnotts Marie biscuits or similar
- 200g condensed milk
- 3 tbs cocoa powder
- 100g walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Blitz the biscuits, walnuts and cocoa in a food processor until they are a crumb-like consistency.
- Pour over the condensed milk and stir until combined. You may need to use your hands to mix to the right consistency. The finished mixtured should be moist, but not wet.
- Measure 1 dessert spoon of mixture and roll into small balls.
- Roll into coconut and refrigerate until required.
