What's COOL WHIP? American Recipe, don't have these ingredients in Aust.

Dissolve a teaspoon of gelatine in a tablespoon of warm water and add to a cup of (very cold) cream before whipping. What is this? Another idea, and the one I find easiest, is to add some cream cheese to the cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract to get a cream that's more like the original Cool Whip

I do find that too many recipes online are American based. I just give them a miss. A lot involve a lot of sugar and fat.

You are entitled to do so, if it's too much for you

Coles has them you can use either
Coles in NSW does not have Nilla Wafers or cool whip. Could SDC Staff please check recipes before they appear here and suggest alternative ingredients if need be. Thanks.

If you are not too lazy you can ask for alternative on Google or if it's too much for you asked me for a recepie that you like.
Am trying to introduce variety it does not have to be Australian all the time.

If you have specific recepie in mind let me know
