Hi all, My name is Anthony; I live in Melbourne and am (medically) retired. I have a Neurological Condition that affects my speech and mobility. Lockdown has not affected me much, as I have been very sedentary since I have moved from walking stick to walking frame! I am 61 years young (or as I like to say, I am 40, with 21 years experienc!) and enjoying my (limited) life.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I am unable to get out much and lead a very sedentary life. I am dedicated to using my iPad for everything I do, and mainly move between my bed and the couch…
