Doesn’t that sound like the perfect way to kick-start the New Year? Well, that will be the case for one lucky winner when the lottery is drawn on Thursday 29 February at 2PM AEST*.

We know 2023 was difficult for a lot of you and there has been a lot of financial pressure on us all. But if you do have a spare $5 to buy a ticket in this LifeFlight Lotteries draw*, not only will you contribute to saving lives, but you could also win a whopping $35,000, and we know how much of a difference that will make in someone's life. You’ll have to get in quickly, because this draw closes on Monday 26 February at 5PM AEST*.

From paying for any new year bills, to helping out with medical expenses, grocery shopping, petrol top ups, or even paying off some debt. There is no doubt that $35,000 is a life-altering amount of money to win*.

And that’s not even the full story. A distinctive aspect of LifeFlight Lotteries* is its exclusivity. With only 35,000 tickets in this Draw (Draw 16) the chances of winning are far better than with other lotteries! A single, $5 ticket could be your golden ticket to the lifestyle of your dreams*. To put that into perspective, the odds of winning a standard lottery stand at an astronomically lower 1 in 3,575,889.

So, here's what you could win, should Lady Luck choose to smile on you:

Prize option 1*:
  • A year's worth of groceries with a $12,000 AUD grocery voucher (that's $230 every week).

  • A $10,000 Prepaid Visa or Mastercard*

  • (*for winners living in VIC, this will be $18,000 in gold bullion).
Prize option 2*:
  • Eligible winners not residing in VIC can expect $35,000 AUD in cash. But if you call Victoria home, don't worry. You can lay claim to $35,000 AUD worth of gold bullion. This means you could start 2024 off with some travel, or boost your savings, or buy a new car – it’s completely up to you!

Well it would be like a dream come true but one would have to be very careful as it may affect ones pension, but it would be great to have some money in the bank and go interstate to see family befor we leave this place to go 6 feet under

I don't think lottery winnings affect your pension and $35,000 won't reduce your pension payment anyway, unless you already have above the threshold in your account
Certainly would be a good way to start the New Year
Pity I'm in WA.
Wonder if I can purchase tickets for my son and family in NSW?

My ex and I won a huge amount of money and it didn’t affect his pension at all. Winnings are tax free also.😊

I believe winnings ARE tax free - it's the interest you make on those winnings and any other money in the bank that becomes 'income' which is then taxed (in other words it is the interest made on your winnings, only).
