New Scam Emails​

This week, 2 new scam emails arrived in my Inbox. One claimed to be from Fidelity Investments saying my “account” was being closed and the other claimed to be from Blockchain saying I had requested my “account” to be closed. Both emails invited me to click on a link if there was an error. Both had suspect “To” addresses. When clicking (and holding down) the arrow next to the “From” address, both addresses ended with the name Jim Furness. Both of these emails are clearly scams designed to get you to click on a link where your bank account details will be requested.

Please do not be tempted to click on the links in any of these emails. There is no “error” here. There were no accounts to begin with. These scammers are no more than common thieves. Instead of breaking into your home, they break into your bank accounts through deception. By deleting these scam emails, you protect yourself from them.

I was scamed recently when my Laptop was frozen & I was told to contact Microsoft Support on 40720556 stupidly did this.Spoke to Sarah Jean who tried to sell me Firewall Security from Advanced Identity I cannot get them off my Laptop I contacted them & Microsoft to no success.BE WARE
