I am a new member of this site but had a Seniors Card for many years. I am UK born but married an Aussie and have lived here for 55 years, 47 of them on the Sunshine Coast. I have been teacher, professional actress, director, acting coach, TV presenter, journalist, travel writer, farmer, charity worker, guest speaker and lung cancer survivor who now runs my own little charity "Boots for Bali" to help educate Balinese children in poverty and equip village sports teams. I am a member of the Qld Koala Crusaders, giving fun educational talks to schools and knitting toy koalas as fundraisers. Below is the little kindergarten I helped establish and equip.
