Good afternoon everyone. My name is Pat Daley and I'm currently living in the small community of Mt Chalmers CQ 4702. My husband and I bought the circa1909 Station Masters House 10 months ago and we are renovating it. It been a huge task with the roof , electrical wiring , external stairs and half of the internal walls all having to be replaced. Reliable tradespeople have been hard to come by. My youngest sons comment said it all. " Mum I wouldn't have expected you and Dad to take on a project of this size in your 30s let alone your 70's. " We will prevale.
