It’s a great idea…. however I use that system and have been for a long time. My issue is that when I locate the items I am searching for in store using this system it’s a different result when I go to the store and find they are out of stock. I have been told by a KMart section manager that each store doesn’t update the product availability, head office does. I was advised by him to ring the store to check availability of the product, which I now do but unfortunately the last time I rang I was told that the stores don’t answer the phones any more…. I find this a little hard to believe but it has happened to me, I rang a particular store several times within a 2 hour period, starting at 7 am and the phone just rang out….

I have used this forever - and shop online/do click& collect - Problem is the inventory is not always up to date and it's often happened that I've ordered online as it's available to get an email later saying 'out of stock'.......or worse, on the odd occasion I"ve been to the store because something is supposedly in stock - and it's nowhere to be found.
