I just received this and it looks very official however when I looked at the email address this is what comes up.

When I get these emails I also click on reply and most of the times it is someone completely different although sometimes combank comes up but with add ons.

Its the old Dear Customer scam
Nothing new
Happens all the time
But if in doubt call your bank

All bank emails you should ring your bank directly or go into bank, never ever click on any links no matter how legit they look. So this email warns you against clicking on links then goes ahead and gives you a link to click on

I got that one. My principle in dealing with scams is simply to delete any such emails and indeed bills if they are sent through the internet. Tough luck "providers" if they are genuine. If people want to send me an invoice they can send me a paper invoice through Australia Post. Likewise any bank statements. End of story.
