Natural resources for kidney health
Parsley is a food rich in vitamins (K, A, C), essential minerals and folic acid. These elements allow it to have virtues such as antimicrobial, antianaemic, anticoagulant etc… it is all this that makes it an excellent treatment against kidney problems, to properly clean the kidneys and maintain kidney health.
Combine with honey, the effects of parsley are increased tenfold. For the preparation of a parsley and honey tea you will need: a bunch of fresh parsley leaves if possible, 8 cups of filtered water, 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of half a lemon. To prepare it:
• Carefully wash the parsley and roughly chop it.
• Boil water over medium heat.
• Once the water has boiled, add the parsley and reduce the heat.
• Simmer for 10 minutes.
• Let cool.
• Add honey and lemon juice.
• Drink 2 or 3 cups a day.
