Mushrooms With Broccoli

My family love mushrooms and I will make this as either a side or as a lunch .
Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Serves 4 as a meal

Ingredients
1/2 cup salt reduced soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
375g of button mushrooms or portabello mushrooms sliced
4 garlic cloves crushed
450g packet long grain microwave white rice
450g packet frozen broccoli
1/2 bunch shallots around 3 stems thinly sliced
Method
1. Combine soya sauce, sugar,cornflour and water in a small jug.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large frypan over high heat. Stir in mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Season with pepper n salt.
3. Add soya sauce mixture to mushrooms. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
4. Heat rice and broccoli and cook to packet instructions. Divide mushrooms, rice and broccoli among four bowls . Scatter shallots over the top.
