Mum completely transforms her hallway using only a few Bunnings materials: "Love it!"

Sometimes, you may notice that your home is looking a bit tired, and is in need of some much-needed TLC (tender loving care).
We totally understand – the way your home looks can impact your mood and mental wellbeing, so it really pays to give it a spruce up every now and then. Plus, doing regular maintenance saves you money in the long run too!
However, major renovations at home can cost thousands of dollars which, we have to admit, is a lot of money to spend for the sake of "aesthetics".
But that doesn't have to stop you from updating your home!
Here, a mum shows us how making small, inexpensive adjustments can improve the look and feel of your home without burning a hole in your pocket.
In a Facebook group for Bunnings fans, one woman from Adelaide shared how she completely transformed the back entrance hallway of her home using only a few Bunnings buys – and a bit of creativity and craftiness on her side, of course.
"From this... to this," she captioned her post. "Everything from Bunnings except top shelf decoration. This is just inside the back door and holds shoes and bags."

The DIYer also shared before-and-after photos of her impressive renovation, earning praises and compliments from hundreds of fellow members of the Facebook group.
"Wow, gorgeous," one user wrote in the comments. Another added: "Changing to that stone wall, wow… it looks great!!"
Many more users liked the impressive transformation so much that they quizzed the woman on which Bunnings materials she used and how she did it.
"Love it! How did you do the panelled wall please?" one homeowner asked, to which the woman replied: "It's VJ panelling from Bunnings, liquid-nailed to the wall," she added that finding inspiration from Pinterest and the Bunnings website also helped her a lot.
"Can I ask... how did you finish the external edge of the VJ panel?" another user asked in the comments.
"We filled the top (no one really sees it), left a gap near the stone wall and you can get edging for the corner; we love it," the DIYer responded.
That is ONE amazing home transformation – it's hard to believe it's the same back hallway!
