Most easy lebanese potatoe healthy salad

3 Boiled potatoes
1 large tomatoes
Half cup parsley
Finely chopped red onion
Salt to taste
Olive oil

Method remove potatoes let cool chop into mouth size portions chop all other ingredients
Mix together with oil serve...no mayo really healthy...so easy.
