Can you say what is not favourable ? As I use Swisse eye cream and vitamins
Swisse Vitamins Pty Ltd has been in the news recently over their Federal Court action to suppress a determination of the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Complaint Resolution Panel (CRP) about a number of their products. And now a new marketing campaign by the company has highlighted the limitations of the complementary medicines industry’s self-regulation.

After investigating several complaints, the CRP found the promotion of a number of Swisse products was misleading, had not been verified or raised unwarranted expectations.

The CRP requested Swisse pull promotion that claimed certain products were “clinically proven” or “independently tested”, as well as its “Tired? Stressed? You’ll feel better on Swisse” tagline. The matter is currently awaiting judgement while the CRP determination remains suppressed.

But there's more....

A new assessment of Swisse vitamins advertisements has again found the company misled consumers about what its products can do with insufficient evidence to prove it.

A leaked judgment about complaints to the Therapeutic Goods Administration's Complaints Resolution Panel says the company could not justify its famous tag line ''You'll feel better on Swisse'' for some of its products, particularly those advertised with unsubstantiated therapeutic claims.

Refer to my post early in the discussion.

Nothing beats the facts......

Chemist Warehouse have 50% off most products during the year.
I don't buy Swiss products, but I do buy other better brands.
I keep an eye on their specials
and when they are 50%off I buy six, the I just keep an eye out each month to see if anything I need is 50% off. I NEVER pay full price
I buy LOreal make up and EsteLauders Knowing perfume, only ever buy when 50%off.
I save hundreds of dollars a year by shopping at Chemist Warehouse.

I've been talking Nature's Way multi vitamins for a long time. Not the Vita Gummies, the tablets. These can be bought in Cole's and Woolworths, quite often on special. Also you get 200 in a pack. Swisse are over rated, and over priced.
