More protein-rich goods are hitting Coles shelves nationwide!

Because of the huge influence that two Aussie blokes have had on Coles with their protein offering, the retail giant made the decision to broaden its selection.
Muscle Nation, one of Australia's leading activewear and sports supplements brands, started its journey in 2016 when close friends Chris Anastasi and Nathaniel Anthony wanted to turn their ideas and passion into an exciting startup business.
From a small study desk at Chris' house, the two launched their website and revealed their brand to the world, packing and sending the orders themselves from a small bedroom.
After months of hard work, and much to their surprise, the boys got their first national supermarket deal with Coles in July, selling seven products including their "insane" Custard Protein Bars and Custard Plant Protein.
That was the beginning of Muscle Nation's success in the Australian supplement business, as well as in the broader health and fitness industry.
This expansion is the result of their great devotion and passion for offering high-quality goods and services to their extremely devoted community, which has been the primary driver of this growth.
Now, the multinational retailer Coles has made the recent decision to extend their contract and range to include some of the company's most recent products, such as their Golden Ice Cream-flavoured Casein Protein, Milk Chocolate Daily Shake Protein, and flavoured clear Protein Water, all of which are priced at $30 each.
And customers can already be seen eagerly anticipating the arrival of the goods.

A number of Instagram users expressed their excitement about the recently released products, with one user exclaiming, "Can't wait to try them!"
"GIMMEEE," wrote another, with a third saying: "Adding to my trolley as we speak."
People who have tried the products before said that the Golden Ice Cream flavour was the best among the bunch. Even the boys from Muscle Nation chimed in to say that it really is amazing.
Getting more protein is one thing that can help you eat less and may help with weight loss. It has been shown to help you feel full longer, speed up your metabolism, and even help you build muscle more effectively.
If you’re not sold on the idea of supplements, here are some ideas and suggestions for getting more protein without buying protein powders at the store.
- Try a sandwich with peanut butter. Make sure to use natural peanut butter or any other nut paste that doesn't have any salt, sugar, or other fillers added to it.
- Low-fat cottage or ricotta cheese can be used in scrambled eggs, casseroles, mashed potatoes, and pasta dishes.
- You can easily get more protein at lunch with a plate of hummus and freshly cut vegetable sticks or by spreading hummus on your sandwich.
- Greek yoghurt is a protein-rich, all-day food. Serve it with breakfast cereal, pumpkin soup, or fresh fruit as a dessert.
- Eggs are a versatile source of protein and can be eaten alone or in many recipes.
