Why hasn't anyone invented or put forward. Automatic Cut Out on 'Moving Mobile Phones'. I see (and I'm sure many others too) People walking around looking like ZOMBIES with their phone stuck in their Ear or playing with it, and not concentrating where they're going. Shopping Cantres is one example. Where I've had to move a few times or get run into. I've seen a woman walk into a Glass Panel while on the phone, next to a sliding door. A few others have said the same sort of thing to me, while waiting at check outs.

It must be Very Hard to Stop sit and talk. or move and stand near a wall to talk out of the way.

I guess it's like most things. The Legal System waits till there are Accidents, Injuries or when enough people complain before any action is taken.
