I've been an active member of the SDC for a while. I enjoy all the information it provides and being educated to play trivia, which I love.

What's something about you that not many people know?

I'm a psychic telephone reader. I have been a practising psychic for over 30 years, assisting many people to live fulfilling lives.

I have seen ghosts, and I go to places where a spirit will make itself known, all for a reason that is up to me to decipher.

Last Saturday, I was at a shopping centre when a breeze was blowing my hair. My daughter didn’t feel a thing. I knew I was being given a message for someone who was at the same shopping centre. As I was having a coffee, a man sitting next to me started a conversation. He launched into a situation he was in, and I gave him the message he needed to hear. This is common for me.

This happens frequently, and important messages are always given. From a smiley face, friendly voice, anonymously.

It's an interesting time on the telephone where I have a regular call base. I aim to have every caller finish feeling better about their life. Some folks have a very challenging life, and I talk with them to sort it out and leave them feeling a bit better. Life is tough for people, and it's great to be able to be a comfort where there otherwise isn’t any. From cheating partners to business woes, every life situation is addressed with surprising answers.

I cannot change what’s happened or is about to happen, but I can offer guidance and support at happy and sad times. A way forward.

I love my work and my life with unexplainable happenings, and I trust in myself to know. The lives of the people I meet and call are made better because of a special gift I have and a life's dedication to honing this gift.

From the Editor:

Thank you so much to member @Beauty28 for taking us behind the scenes into something many have heard about but have likely not had much experience with. Such a fascinating job and a special gift to the community.

Members, I’m curious: have you ever had a psychic reading? I have! My mother has them fairly regularly. As you may now be able to guess, I had a very metaphysical upbringing, with tarot cards, crystals and more. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’d love to hear about your own psychic reading experiences in the comments!

It's so interesting hearing about different experiences with psychic connections. I've always been curious but never quite sure how to recognize signs. Has anyone had a moment that really convinced them?
I've had many . One was a few days after my grandmother passed ( she raised me) I was sitting in my kitchen ,listening to the radio having coffee and crying. It was 5 am , I whispered ' I wished I knew you were OK . Then her favourite song came on, Honey by Bobby Goldsborough . I hadn't heard it in years and never on the radio.
I knew she was with me.

Then 6 months later my Grandfather was in hospital dying from affects of cancer. It was the long weekend in June. I was went in to see him and had an overwhelming feeling my grandmother was in the room, so much so I had to walk out for a bit. My husband came after me and I told him I felt nan so strongly in there.
When I went back in my grandfather was awake and he told us he must be dying as nan was there waiting for him.

Six years later in July 1997 I was rushed into surgery after haemorrhaging from a miscarriage.
Before being taken into surgery I heard my grandmothers voice telling me to hold on and to fight.
As they administered the anaesthetic I had an anaephalatic reaction to the muscle relaxant part and died 3 times 9 min 11 min then 7 min. I woke up in ICU on life support.

When they took everything of me and I could talk I told hubby about my dream that I was in a bright room standing with the baby who was wrapped in a blanket and his mum ( who died in a car accident when she was 35) told me to give her the baby and go back, she needed me to be with her son and help raise her 9 grandchildren.
Next thing I heard my husband asking me to wake up. I then heard someone ( it was the nurse) saying I couldn't hear him as I was in a coma. I was very tied and didn't want to wake up but knew I had to. It was hubby's persistent telling me to please wake up I knew I had to.

When I was able to talk I told hubby about my dream, that was when he told me they loss me 3 times.

I have many more stories

This was my grandmothers favourite song

I hd a psychic reading once and it frightened me how much the person told me that was true about myself. She even told me the name of the man I was seeing at the time. There was no way she could have known this because I had never met her before nor had she any means of knowing anything about me because we had no mutual friends. I was so frightened I have never had another reading.
