Ingredients :
1 kg of fresh ginger
4 liters of water
500 g of sugar
1 vanilla pod
a few mint leaves
3 organic lemons
Preparation :
peel and mix the ginger with a little water
cut the lemons into pieces without removing the skin
pour the water into a large container and add the mixed ginger and lemons
leave to rest for half an hour
filter the juice, add the vanilla, sugar then the mint
Keep refrigerated
If the juice is too spicy for your taste, cut it with a little pineapple juice.
