Here, There and Everywhere?
Little Johnny Counts to 10

The teacher asks little Johnny if he knows his numbers.
"Yes," he says. "My daddy taught me."
"Can you tell me what comes after three?"
"Four," answers little Johnny.
"What comes after six?"
"Seven," answers little Johnny.
"Very good," says the teacher. "Your father did a very fine job. What comes after ten?"
"A jack," answers little Johnny.

I taught my soon to be 26 year old son how to count and recognise colours back in the early 2000s. Number eight and pink were his favourites. Learning about odds and probability came a fair bit later.

His Dad was teaching him his Numbers
from a pack of Cards.
A Jack follows the number 10

don't get it

I prefer my Count to 10. Teacher aks Johnny what is five and five? Johnny starts to count on his fingers. The teacher says "No johnny do it in your head. Now put your hands in your pockets and count five and five.
Johnny does as teacher says and after a pause says Eleven.

Counting up 5 and down 5 but backwards from 10, leaves you 5 + 6. That equals 11 ;-)

Clearly you do not get it do you. He has his hands in his trouser pocket five and five equals 11. He found an extra digit. Duh! Do you want a photo?
