This is my favourite dessert to put together for family Christmas or birthday parties. The nutty texture of the topping compliments the tangy taste of the filling. I usually use crushed cashews for the topping, but feel free to use nuts of your own choice. Refrigerate overnight, because like a good wine, the taste improves with age.

I’m sure they will. Whenever I took my cheesecake to a party, I always took an empty dish home!

I make this recipe all the time. You can vary the biscuits for a different flavour eg. Ginger nut, Chicolate ripple. I also add a layer of whipped cream on top and sprinkle Flake on it.
Such an easy recipe & everyone loves it!
