Kmart brings warm comfort to shoppers with chic $28 fashion item!

As the seasonal chill sets in, it's natural to seek out cosy additions to our wardrobes.

However, some warm winter clothing can also freeze our wallets over.

For savvy Aussies who appreciate style without steep price tags, Kmart has been a go-to destination for finds that mirror luxe looks from high-end labels.

The latest buzz is about the retail giant's latest offering, drawing comparisons to a designer piece with a hefty price tag that could make wallets wince.

Kmart's Roll Neck Stripe Tunic ($28) is versatile and available in sizes from six to 20.

Available in classic black and striped white, the blend of viscose, polyester, and nylon ensures comfort without compromising on style.

The tunic's design features a contemporary ribbed roll neck, a relaxed drop shoulder silhouette, side splits for ease of movement, and a flattering mid-length cut.

Several customers have wrapped themselves in this budget-friendly find, awarding it a five-star rating on Kmart's website.

One shopper described it as 'very comfy'.

A social media user called the Kmart Insider compared the tunic to a designer label's counterpart.

The Toteme Signature stripe turtleneck in light sand presents a similar aesthetic to the budget find.

It is priced at $860 and crafted from a luxurious blend of 56 per cent wool and 44 per cent organic cotton.

While the materials speak to a higher quality, the designer turtleneck's $860 price tag is a stark contrast to Kmart's affordable dupe.

Followers quickly expressed their preference for the Kmart version.

'I actually prefer Kmart's neckline,' one commenter wrote.

'Love the look of the Kmart one,' another added.

The sentiment was clear: style-savvy shoppers could achieve a designer look without the designer price tag.

Tunic aside, Kmart released several winter finds to keep you warm throughout the cold months.

Recently, shoppers found themselves praising the retailer’s thermal leggings ($12) and a colourful button through cardigan ($12).

Whether you're updating your wardrobe for the cooler months or simply looking for a timeless piece that offers comfort and class, Kmart's new tunic is a celebration of smart, accessible fashion.

Possibly the expensive one is a lot thicker, made of much thicker material. Acrylic or Wool are a lot warmer. It sounds like warm weather type materials. I know wool is very expensive and hard to get so you pay a premium for it. Good Luck trying to buy wool to knit clothing for a baby through to an aged person at all.
