Keto Chocolate with Coconut Oil & Nuts




Ingredients (serves ~5):
  • ¼ cup virgin coconut oil

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch‑processed if available)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp stevia glycerite or ¼ cup powdered sweetener

  • 1 oz finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions:
  1. Melt coconut oil gently.

  2. Remove from heat; stir in cocoa powder, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.

  3. Fold in chopped nuts.

  4. Pour into molds or lined tray.

  5. Freeze or chill for ~20 min until firm.
Store in fridge or freezer.
