Keeping up with the Olympics​

Hello there, lovely members! How was your weekend? I had a blast keeping up with the Olympics! It’s only Day 2, and we already won a total of six medals—four gold and two silver!

Those yanks wouldn’t be happy with this gold rush, and we have no doubt there’s more gold to come tonight with our Golden Girls set to face off in the pool! Are you getting up early in the morning to watch Arnie and Mollie swim?

What I can't stand is the focus on Ariarne Titmus and Jess Fox, both gold medallists. Ever heard of Grace Brown? She won Australia's first 2024 gold medal in cycling but nobody cares because cycling isn't fashionable.

Who cares if Jess Fox was born in France? Does that make her better than you or me? I am of French descent and my surname is that of a small town in northern France. As for as I'm concerned, the French can rot in hell and take their overrated perfumery and champagne with them!
