Keep colds at bay cinamon and honey double booster

Cinnamon has, among other things, antiviral and antiseptic properties. In case of colds, it clears the airways. It is also known to stimulate blood circulation and help fight colds.

This anti-inflammatory spice helps clear the airways and reduces irritation and pain in the chest and throat. Among other things, its antioxidants and essential minerals strengthen the defenses, improving the response against viruses and bacteria.

For this infusion, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, honey (at will)
Pour boiling water into a cup containing a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Leave to infuse for 5 minutes then strain through a fine sieve.
Sweeten with honey according to your taste.
Drink a second cup within two hours.
