Do you remember the smooth, creamy goodness of Junket? It was a beloved dessert for many in the ‘60s, especially with prunes. Who still remembers enjoying this classic treat? Share your memories here.

Our family adored junket. not only for a dessert As children, if we were sick Mum fed us on junket because it was often the only thing we could keep down. My own kids loved it but I haven't made it for many years

Used to have it regularly as a child, until one day mum stirred it with a metal spoon that she had used for eucalyptus oil. Haven’t had junket since!

I liked junket , so convenient, everyone had a packet of tablets in the pantry , wonder if you still be able to buy them .

Grew up on a dairy farm in N.Z. Ju ket was made by using Rennet , a liquid put into hot milk. Cinnamon or other spices was sprinkled over the top. One of my favourite foods back in thr 60's

Oh yes, I absolutely loved making junket. I remember the packet had tablets of all different colours which corresponded to flavours. I think my favourite was the strawberry. Yum.
